Thanksgiving Break, Dress rehearsals, Christmas Show
Dear Parents, Classes are going great and our dancers are working hard for our Christmas show. Here are some things to know as we approach the holidays.
Thanksgiving Break- November 24th-November 28th. NO CLASSES.
Dress rehearsals in class- November 29th – December 3rd. Dancers will be given the costume & will practice in the Christmas costume Leotard & Shorts during regular class time. If they are in multiple classes please wear the costume to each class this week. Please make sure dancers have correct dance shoes in class-Ballet & Mini’s/Pre School- Pink ballet shoesJazz, Diva, Elate, Edge Teams- Tan Half SolesHip Hop- All black tennis shoesDancers WILL TAKE HOME COSTUMES after class if tuition and costume fee is paid in full.
Christmas Recital at Clearfield High School auditorium on Saturday, December 18th matinee.Dancers arrive backstage at 12:15PM SHOWTIME 1:00PM. Doors open at 12:30PM $5 entrance fee, dancers and children 3 years and younger are free. ALL proceeds will go to the Clearfield High School Falcettes.
Make up for performance- Dancers are encouraged to wear blush, mascara, and RED lipstick for our show. Youtube tutorial link. Hairstyle for performance- SLICK low ponytail with middle part and hair wrapped over the hair colored elastic. Youtube tutorial link.
Christmas Break–December 23rd-January 2nd. Missed days are made up in the months with 5 weeks.
