Upcoming News for MDC
Dear Parents, We have now settled in to classes and our fall schedule. We are enjoying our students and the new schedule so much!
Here are a few adjustments to the fall schedule-
Arabic class Wednesday’s 8-8:45PM. NO Thursday Arabic class.
TIME CHANGE BALLET FRIDAYS- 2:30-3:30PM Beg/Intermediate & 3:30-4:30PM for Advanced. We hope this will help more students get to ballet in time after school.
Zumba at 11-12 on Saturdays in place of ACRO class.
We ARE holding classes during the Davis district fall break scheduled October 14th, 15th, & 16th.
THRILLER WEEK A MDC– Monday, October 25th-Saturday, October 30th. Diva, Elate, & Edge teams will have parties during class on Thursday, October 28th. Costumes you can dance in are allowed this week during classes. We will have a fun Halloween party with movement games and learn themed dances.
Thanksgiving Break-November 24th-November 28th. NO CLASSES.
Christmas Costume fee is $40. DUE October 31st. ALL classes will wear the same costume for recital. Open classes, aerial hoop, and tumble will not perform at the recital.
Christmas Break– December 23rd-January 2nd. Missed days are made up in the months with 5 weeks.
We will be learning and working on our Christmas routines during classes this month. You can find practice videos and music posted as we get going on our youtube channel.
Christmas Recital at Clearfield High School auditorium on Saturday, December 18th matinee. $5 entrance fee, dancers and children 3 years and younger are free. ALL proceeds will go to the Clearfield High School Falcettes.
